Why did you chose to study the IB Diploma Program at Merici College?
For me, the IB is a way of learning that helps me to be more internationally minded, while learning about the subjects I am passionate about. The IB offers me many pathways for the future, including travelling overseas for university and beyond, which has always been my dream. I love many things about the IB, especially the teamwork and cooperation involved with my peers. The IB offers me the chance to learn how to work with others in a team setting, just as I will need for future jobs. Being one of the first students to take part in the IB for Merici, I feel highly supported by all of the teachers working hard to make this a possibility for us. The IB also offers CAS and the Extended Essay, which I am very excited to complete, and believe are very important parts of the IB as a whole, as they help us to become more knowledgable, outside the fields of our main subjects. Overall I am extremely grateful for having been given the chance to take part in the IB and I am excited to see where it takes me in the future.
