Celebrating Grandparents Day at Merici College!
Wednesday 26 July was a heart-warming day as our Year 7 girls warmly welcomed their beloved grandparents to Merici College. It was an occasion filled with love, laughter, and appreciation for the special role grandparents play in our lives.The day began with a beautiful liturgy dedicated to celebrating the unique and cherished bond between grandparents and grandchildren. We honoured the wisdom, love, and guidance they generously share with us.
Following the liturgy, our special guests enjoyed refreshments at our restaurant, fostering delightful conversations and connections.
The highlight of the day was the personalized tours of our College, guided by the girls themselves. They proudly showed their grandparents around the school, making memories and introducing them to their daily school life.
We are incredibly grateful for the love and support our grandparents shower upon us, a small way to say "thank you" for the immeasurable impact they have on our lives.
