Bridge Benefit Dinner 2017 - Book Now!

The Bridge Benefit Dinner will be held on Saturday 9 September in the Merici College Bridge Restaurant commencing at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start. This year our Hospitality students have elected that all proceeds will be donated to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Canberra Hospital. The NICU provides an invaluable service to our community, providing care for babies who require extra attention following birth. Some reasons for admission include preterm birth, seriously ill premature babies requiring intensive care, low birth weight, breathing difficulty, low blood sugar level, infection, birth trauma and some congenital abnormalities.

The cost is $110.00 per person for a 11-course degustation menu which will be prepared and served by Cert. III Hospitality students. Refreshments on arrival, a complimentary glass of wine with dinner, BYO. We are seeking donations from our community to be sold at this event as part of our ‘silent auction’. We would welcome gift vouchers, goods, services, any items that can be added to hampers (such as quality products, jams, kitchen items, picnic, bbq items, wine, chocolates etc.).
