Today Merici College staff and students celebrated the Feast Day of Saint Angela Merici, an important celebration in recognition of our Patron Saint Angela Merici, our Founding Orders and our College Houses.
Thank you to all our guests and school community who supported this event with over $6,400 which will be donated to OzHarvest.

I still search for you in the crowds,

On Saturday 5 September, the senior Hospitality students, prepared and presented an 8 course degustation for 68 guests, matched with wines for Eden Road Vineyard for the 2020 Bridge Benefit In Her Name fundraising dinner.
This year’s Bridge Benefit dinner was in honour of our friend Hannah, and the importance of this was felt deeply by those involved. All proceeds will be donated to OzHarvest.
Thank you for all the contributions from students, parents and carers towards the Father’s Day video. We wish all the father figures in the lives of our students and wider community a lovely day this Sunday.
For many years on the first Wednesday of September, students from a Defence Force family have represented Merici College at a Commemoration Ceremony for The Battle of Australia at the Australian War Memorial.
Due to the ongoing threat of Covid-19 and current restrictions, the national commemorative ceremony will, regrettably, not be held this year.

Welcome to the Merici 2020 Grandparent's Day Reflection. This year has certainly come with its challenges, both for our school community and for the world. Normally we would celebrate together with our grandparents beginning with a liturgy, followed by a lovely morning tea here at school, but because our grandparents are unable to come in and celebrate with us today, we have a special video message for you instead.
