We would like to thank our parents, students and friends who attended our International Women’s Day Celebration on Wednesday 8 March hosted by our Bridge Restaurant Hospitality students.
Special thanks to representatives from the UN Women Australia Canberra Chapter for attending our celebration. We welcomed our guest speakers Georgia Brennan (Merici Class of 2016) and Hannah Blackburn, as well as Caitlin Willington to our celebration. We would like to thank both Georgia and Hannah for their insightful addresses, both wonderful role models for our students and we look very forward to further contact in the future.
We would also sincerely thank the Senior Hospitality students and staff for preparing and serving delicious canapes and refreshments.
