Nomination for the Merici College Community Council Executive

The Merici College Community Council plays an important dual role in providing governance for the College and overseeing the Parents & Friends Committee.

Following the resignation of a Council member, one General Member position is now available on the Council Executive. The successful nominee will be appointed for a two-year term, with the opportunity to re-nominate for up to two additional terms, allowing a maximum of six years of service.

Parents and carers who are interested in contributing to the ongoing success and governance of the College are invited to submit a nomination. To nominate, please complete the attached Nomination Form and return it to the Returning Officer, Ros Parisi, via email at [email protected].

Nominations close on Tuesday 21 July 2026.

Should more than one nomination be received, an online election will be conducted by the Council Executive from Thursday 23 July to Monday 27 July 2026. Election results will be communicated on Wednesday 29 July 2026.
