It was wonderful having Year 6 students from St Joseph’s Primary School attend our Big Sister Science Day today.
The Year 6 students joined our Year 9 Science classes to support their classroom learning as they are currently studying volcanos. Our Year 9 students assisted the students in exploring Earth Science activities, rotating around 8 stations. This also included a demo volcano experiment with dry ice and warm water! The students also participated in a Sustainability class, planting seedlings and visiting our kitchen garden.
We hope that the students enjoyed their visit.
