Our Year 7 students will spend Friday on their Reflection Day, an important and compulsory part of school life at Merici. Students will step away from the regular timetable for a day of prayer, connection and reflection, and are required to wear full PE uniform for the day. A number of senior students will support the day in leadership roles, continuing Merici’s strong tradition of peer mentorship across year groups.
We look forward to welcoming our wider community to the Chapel at 8:00am on Friday 14 August for the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Mass and we keep our Year 7 students in our prayers as they take this important step in their formation journey.
Lunch (Sausage sizzle) will be provided on the day. Students will provide their morning tea.
Students will be asked to go to the PC class in the morning to have their names marked off, and then they will proceed to the Auditorium for the remainder of the school day.
