Year 10 Service Week
Christian Service Learning Week for Year 10 students embodies the Merici College values of service aligning with both Gospel Centered Learning Outcomes and the MYP Service and Action Learning Outcomes.
We are excited to continue our Christian Service-Learning Program this year, continuing the Merici tradition of facilitating a meaningful Christian Service Week for all Year 10 students. The program will take place from Monday 17 November to Friday 21 November. Throughout the week, students will engage in volunteer work across various agencies in the Canberra region
Following the service week, Year 10 students will participate in a Reflection Morning on Monday 24 November during Periods 1-2. This dedicated time will allow students to reflect on their Christian Service-Learning experiences, share insights, as well as prepare for the Year 10 Awards Ceremony and Year 7-10 Advent Mass.
