All Year 10 students are offered the Meningococcal ACWY which will be administered on Friday 21 February. Consent forms have been distributed to students and are required to be returned to Students Service by this Friday, 7 February 2025. Please complete the consent card even if your daughter is not being vaccinated at school.

If the link is used, it must be printed on both sides (one page) and in colour. Once completed, the signed consent card must be returned to school by Friday 7 February. Photocopies will not be accepted.
