Mid March-June is the optimal time to plant garlic in Canberra… so on Friday the SAM team did just that.
A sprinkle of lime and nitrogen were added to the prepared soil by Bill the Merici garden guru, cloves planted from the bulbs harvested at Merici last year, water, mulch…and we look forward to seeing the results in Term 4.
