A special liturgy was held on Monday 22 October where the College Captain and Vice Captain, House Captain and Vice Captains, Specialist Captains, the Narragunnawali Captain and the Transition Captain were officially recognised in their leadership roles for 2019.
Class of 1963-68 50th Reunion
Memories@Merici congratulates the then-Catholic Girls High School Braddon ex-students on celebrating their 50th Year Anniversary on Saturday 20 October. The group attended a school tour and enjoyed a wonderful meal in our restaurant which was prepared and served by Hospitality students and staff.We hope that all the guests enjoyed this very special moment.

The Class of 1978 celebrated their 40th School Reunion on Saturday 20 October. The ex-students enjoyed a school tour, reminiscing about their days at the College, sharing lots of wonderful memories and rekindling friendships.

Celebrating Mental Heath and Wellbeing
Submitted by mericiadmin on October 9, 2018 - 9:30amMental Health Month is held in October each year in the ACT. This annual event celebrated in Australia and over 100 countries across the world is an effort to raise awareness of mental health illness and promote positive mental health wellbeing.
The theme for Mental Health Month ACT 2018 is Identity & Growth.
Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia Summit
Submitted by mericiadmin on September 26, 2018 - 8:40amFollowing on from our excellent experience last year, Merici was again offered the opportunity to take three students to the 2018 Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia summit at the National Convention Centre. Emma Howse and Sarah Carstens (Year 10) and Natasha Silver (Year 12) were sponsored by Lockheed Martin and attended with me. Emma and Sarah are part of Merici’s engineering elective and are looking ahead to aerospace-related careers. Natasha aspires to be a pilot and is planning a career in aviation.
Parent/Teacher/Student Interviews now open for bookings!
