Today is National Simultaneous Storytime, an event organised by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) where many libraries and schools across Australia and New Zealand read a story together as part of the Library and Information Week celebrations.
The Merici Community is participating again this year and will come together in the iC at lunch time, on the day. We will have a reading of the National Simultaneous Storytime book Hickory Dickory Dash written by Tony Wilson and illustrated by Laura Wood. We will also have a recording of the story signed in AUSLAN for our students who are hearing impaired or learning to sign.
