In my role as College Counsellor, I am privileged to gain insight and understanding about common problems and challenges that our students face daily. Themes of loneliness, stress, anxiety, time management, friendship challenges, poor self-esteem and being highly self-critical are common matters that I hear about. Often, we can draw lines of connection between these feelings and their social media use.

This Greentip is a reminder that your used oral care products can still be dropped off at Student Services in the boxes provided to be recycled by Terracycle.
Toothpaste tubes and caps, toothbrushes, interdental brushes, and floss containers are all accepted.
As is your makeup packaging including shadow and powder trays, lip gloss tubes, concealer tubes and sticks, mascara tubes, and lotion dispensers.
Merici College congratulates our 2023 College Leaders who were commissioned into their new roles by all members of the College.
A special liturgy was held on Monday 31 October where the College Captain, College Vice Captain, House Captains, House Vice Captains and Specialist Captains, were officially recognised in their leadership roles for 2023.
